19th Century Harvest Celebration

Pierre Menard Home State Historic Site

Join us as we Celebrate the Harvest–19th Century Style on October 26th, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. This is our 5th year. Activities will include touring the Pierre Menard Home, (after the sunset by lantern, approximately 7:00 p.m.), sitting by the fire (weather permitting) and sharing stories of Pierre Menard and family along with stories of your ancestors and any stories of the past you care to share, dancing and singing if you're so inclined and just having fun.

Feast on Hot Mulled Cider (nonalcoholic), wine of some sort will be available, and a variety of fall deserts and nuts. There will be a cauldron of candy for the kids!!!!!

Period clothing encouraged but not required, wear a costume if you choose. A donation basket will be available. Note the Pierre Menard Home will close early (2 p.m.) in preparation for the evening event.
