What: The Center for Lincoln Studies at UIS invites you to the Juneteenth Lecture Series discussion on “Cause & Effect: Lincoln and the Emancipation Proclamation,” presented by professors Edna Greene Medford and Holly Pinheiro. 

WHEN: 1 to 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 17

WHERE: Illinois State Museum, 502 S. Spring St. in Springfield

WHO: The event is a collaborative program hosted by UIS Center for Lincoln Studies, the Illinois State Museum, and Juneteenth, Inc.
