Are you or is someone you know interested in serving on the Illinois State Historical Society's Advisory Board? We're always looking for talented, committed people to join the ISHS Board and Advisory Board to help us meet our goal to "foster awareness, understanding, research, preservation, and recognition of history in Illinois." If you are already a member of the Society--are your dues paid for 2022?--we already know you are aware of the Society's activities in the state. And if you've ever attended an ISHS event, you know who we serve: People with a hunger and a passion for Prairie State history.
